With 2023 now in the rearview mirror, so begins the annual period of self-reflection. I’ve never been one for New Year’s resolutions, but I’d like to think I can make a concerted effort at continuous self-improvement. This issue’s theme is involvement, which comes naturally to us as high achievers.
